CADENA – Global Interoperability Project

CADENA is an initiative promoted and implemented by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in partnership with Extrimian.

Its objective is to facilitate data exchange and improve global interoperability in international trade.

It is based on a decentralized digital ecosystem compliant with W3C standards, using Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs) and Verifiable Credentials (VCs), operating on a blockchain network (LACChain).
